Best Time for Whale Watching in Tofino
Tofino is one of the best places in Canada to see whales in the wild. The waters of Clayoquot Sound are rich in marine life, attracting several species of whales throughout the year. While grey whales migrate past the coast in the spring, many stay to feed in the area, and humpback whales and killer whales are regularly spotted through the summer and fall.
