IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION & POLICIES
WAVIER BEFORE YOU GO ON A TOUR
All activities and programs are subject to the signing of a waiver. If you do not accept the terms of our release agreement, you will be refunded and will not participate in the tour.
When booking online for adventure programs, your credit card will be charged at the time of booking, however you will be eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your booked tour. You can pay online by Visa, Master Card, or AMEX. You will receive a brief message confirming you made a booking which will be followed by an official confirmation that displays the number of passengers, date of program, departure times, etc. Our staff emails you this official confirmation typically within 48 hours of your booking. Please let us know if you will be traveling with a cell phone, as that number can be useful in-case we need to contact you. Also, the name of your accommodation in Tofino and your arrival and departure dates/times are helpful to know. If there are any small children in your group please tell us how old they are.
Some trips may not be suitable for pregnant women or those with serious back and neck problems. Please let us know of any such conditions at the time of booking.
Students are 13 - 19 years of age, and Seniors are 65+.
BC PARK FEES
If you are planning a trip to Hot Springs Cove, BC Parks requires you to purchase a BC Park access fee from us if you are 6 years of age or older. If there are any children in your group you must tell us how old they are.
WHERE TO MEET + WHERE TO PARK?
Arrival time is typically 30 minutes before any adventure and the meeting place is at our office: 411 Campbell Street in Tofino. Parking is available on our lot on the Third Street side of our building or street parking is available (it is free). The District of Tofino also has pay for the day parking across the street and behind the municipal office.
